Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Essayon Studios. Our products are made to order and carefully packed for shipment.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Larger or custom pieces may require up to 7 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
U.S. Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Shipping rates are based on order weight and are shown at checkout:
- Economy (5–8 business days): $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb; $19.90 for orders from 5–70 lb.
- Standard (3–4 business days): $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb; $9.90 for orders from 1–5 lb.
- Free Economy shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Carrier transit times begin after production and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Packaging
Items are securely packed to help prevent damage in transit. Framed pieces are wrapped and cushioned for additional protection.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us for assistance.
